Terms of Service
Last updated: March 2025
Welcome! NoChase is currently in beta. These terms explain the ground rules while the product is in that stage.
Beta: free, no payments
While NoChase is in beta, the service is free — no payments are collected, no paid plans are billed, and no payment methods are stored. Pricing shown on the landing page describes our planned post-beta plans; it may change before launch, and we'll always announce billing before it starts.
Acceptable use
- Send reminders only for invoices you genuinely issued, to the clients who owe them.
- Don't use NoChase to harass, threaten, or spam anyone, or to send unlawful content.
- Don't probe, scan, or attack the service, or try to access other users' data.
- You're responsible for the reminders you approve and for following the email and debt-collection laws that apply to you.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service or put its availability or reputation at risk.
No warranty — provided “as is”
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. During the beta we don't guarantee uninterrupted availability, the accuracy of AI-generated drafts, or that reminders will result in payment. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.
Liability & changes
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoChase is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, lost profits, or lost data arising from your use of the service. We may update these terms during the beta; material changes will be announced in the app, and continued use after they take effect means you accept them.
