NoChase sends polite invoice reminders on your behalf. This page explains what we collect, what we never do with it, and the choices you have. The short version: we only collect what the product needs to work, we never sell data, and optional cookies wait for your consent.

Data we collect

• Account data — your name, email address, and profile image when you sign in with Google.
• Invoice data — invoices you create or import (number, client, amount, due dates) and the reminder sequences you generate for them.
• Email delivery data — recipient addresses and per-step delivery status (sent, delivered, opened) so you can track progress.
• Usage data — anonymized product analytics (pages viewed, features used), collected only after you accept analytics cookies.

We never sell your data, and your invoices or client details are not used to train AI models.

Cookies & consent

Necessary cookies keep you signed in and the site secure — they can't be switched off. Analytics and advertising cookies are optional and are only set after you accept them in the cookie banner. Until then, no tracking or ad scripts are loaded at all. Changed your mind? Use the “Cookie settings” button in the footer at any time.

Third parties we rely on

• Supabase — database and infrastructure that store your account and invoice data.
• Resend — transactional email delivery for your reminder sequences.
• Stripe — payment processing for paid plans; card details never touch our servers.
• Google Analytics — optional usage analytics, loaded only with your consent.

These providers process data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.

Your rights

You can export or delete your data at any time by emailing support@nochase.app. Deleting your account removes your invoices, sequences, and personal data within 30 days.
